iTwin/synchronizer dialog box needs to be forced to top of the pile

not sure if it's our cloud environment but the iTwin/synchronizer dialog always seems to open under/below the RAM dialog boxes. I sit there waiting for it to open (b/c it opening another file first, see other recent idea) until I notice it's in the program tray. is there a way to force that synchronizer dialog box to the top/over everything as soon as it opens?
